TI Business Department offers under-graduate programmes that are educationally sound, promoting adult centred teaching and learning practice that are continually monitored and reviewed.  The Department’s focus is to provide education and learning supports to the citizens of the community; it is particularly committed to the principles of sustainability, inclusion and equity.


Its programmes are designed to enable life-long learning, which support the Tipperary Institute’s objectives of the personal, professional and educational development of students; and,  contributes to the economic growth of the region by optimising student’s employment opportunities.


By the rigorous application of quality assurance measures, through external validation and HETAC accreditation measures, the Business Department aims to provide its students with qualifications and knowledge that have a competitive standing in the marketplace, premised on an ethos of inspiring entrepreneurial traits

 

It provides programmes, both full-time and part-time programmes, which enable students to embark on ‘ladders of learning’
