Fees

Generally the Government of Ireland DOES NOT pay fees for Non-EU students.

In 2007/08 and in 2008/09 the full fee for International Students attending Higher Certificate or Degree programmes is €8,400 per annum.    The fee for the Foundation Programme is €5,500. This does not include accommodation, subsistence, books, etc.

The Government of Ireland does however pays Tuition Fees for a certain of groups of students.  Hereunder are the specific rules. These rules are set by the Department of Education and Science.   Any queries should be made to the Department of Education and Science at +353 1 8734700.

However if you fall into one of the groups listed hereunder both tuition & registration fees will apply; either a subsidised fee or the full fee.
