Tipperary Institute's two campus towns of Clonmel and Thurles warmly welcome the diverse student population that arrives each September to make Clonmel or Thurles their home away from home for three or four years. Both are vibrant and busy towns with plenty to offer students living locally.

Accommodation
Choosing a place to stay while at college is an important factor to consider. Tipperary Institute produces a comprehensive accommodation listing for students each year. Accommodation on the list has been inspected by the Institute. A range of accommodation is available in each campus town from apartments and houses to 'digs' where a student boards with a local family. Thurles town has two purpose-built Student Villages, which have been developed by local companies. A single room costs approx. €55 per week. Accommodation listings are also published in the local newspapers each week.
